WCS hires a variety of persons with varied backgrounds to fill professional,
para-professional, and support staff positions. AA/EEO
Professional Positions
Individuals would typically have a degree in teaching, social work, criminal justice
or psychology. Additional certifications in Mental Health and AODA fields may be
helpful and in some cases required. Experience is preferred.
Para-Professional Positions
Individuals would have a clear criminal record with an associates degree in security
or human service. A valid drivers license is required for some positions. Experience
usually mandated.
Support Staff
Individuals may be required to have very specific degrees related to the position.
These positions may include positions in Information Technology, Accounting, and
Building Management.
