The Waukesha Pretrial Supervision Program provides supervision and monitoring of adult offenders charged with misdemeanors and some felonies while awaiting trial or adjudication. This supervision works to reduce the likelihood of defendants failing to appear for court hearings.
It also ensures compliance with their conditions of bail, as well as assists in referrals for community-based services such as AODA or mental health treatment in an effort to reduce recidivism while their case is pending.
